2 : 2 Photos of each
(WHITE BACKGROUND THE SIZE MUST BE 3.5CMS X 4.5CMS AND BE BORDER LESS FACE ZOOM (MATTE FINISH) WITHOUT SPECTACLES)

3 : Company Letter Head 2 Piece Stamped and Signed ( We will do cover letter)

4 : Company GST

5 : Last 06 Month Bank Statements Personal Stamped and Signed
{Please print bank statement in last only (bank statement print on A4 size paper portrait format clearly account holder details mentioned on it and also get it stamped and signed on each page from bank)}

6 : Aadharcard
