 Passport : Original Passport with 2 blank pages and valid for minimum six months at time of travel
 Visa Application Form : Typed Visa Application form. Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant . 
 Coloured Photograph : Two recent coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 70%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 45 mm x 45 mm). 
 Cover Letter : A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business letterhead, for employed individuals it should be on the company's letterhead and others on the plain paper. 
 Travel Bookings : Ticket. 
 Accomodation : Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay. 
 Travel Itinerary : Day to Day Itinerary. 
 Financial Document : Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign. Income tax return for last 3 years .Proof of occupation 
 If Employed : 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer. 
 If Self Employed : Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company.
